  • Why do you have the Wow User Program?

    At Duafire, we strive to design our products from a consumer perspective with a commitment to constant improvement. The Wow User Program was created so we can more directly engage with users to learn how we can do better.

    Particularly for our newly released products, we offer a limited supply of free test samples for Wow Users to test and give us feedback. This feedback helps us better gauge market response and get a head start on any areas that might need improvement. We also encourage Wow Users to share their product experience on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc.), YouTube, blogs, deal/tech websites to help spread and enhance Duafire's visibility online.

    Wow Users are pioneers who love all and everything Duafire and sharing their experiences with others.

  • What are the Program benefits?

    Wow Users will receive invitation emails to test free Duafire products at some frequency.
    Sample selections will vary to reflect our product focus, but Wow Users may choose according to their own interest – there is no obligation to receive or review an undesired product.

    Wow Users also receive exclusive high-discount codes, loyalty rewards, and other VIP privileges.

  • What are the Program responsibilities?

    Wow Users are expected to test and provide detailed and unbiased feedback on the test sample within one week of receiving the product. If circumstances prevent a Wow User from providing timely feedback, they are expected to provide advanced notice. Delayed feedback may impact eligibility to apply for future Duafire products.

    If assistance is needed during testing, Wow Users are encouraged to contact our Wow User support team (marketing@duafire.com) directly.

  • Who is eligible to apply as a Wow User?

    Applicants are selected based on the quality of their post and their influence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc.), YouTube, blogs, deal/tech websites etc.

    Some basic requirements for application:

    1. Location

    Applicants must reside in one of the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Spain.

    2. Active and have some online influence

    The program has grown very quickly. In order to better distribute our limited resources across diverse online platforms, we are having to limit our program to applicants qualifying for the requirements below:

    ● Active online presence on social media platforms (at least 50,000 followers and high engagement), YouTube (at least 2000 subscribers and high-quality video production), blogs or tech websites (top 100,000 on Alexa global rank, senior member with quality posts) etc.
    ● Valid links to your review posts on social media platforms, YouTube, blogs, deal/tech websites etc.
    must be provided for evaluation.

    Duafire maintains full rights to judge and determine an applicant's acceptance into the Wow User Program.

  • Where should I to share my product experience?

    We have adjusted our review policy to be fully compliant with Amazon’s regulations and we do not require you to leave a review on Amazon for any product received for free or at a discount.

    For the sample you will receive, please post your product experience on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.), YouTube, blogs, deal websites or other websites you would like to share your experience. We hope that sharing your experience will help spread and enhance Duafire's visibility online.

  • Where should I submit my online review post link?

    To ensure prompt customer service and to avoid missing your emails, please submit your online review links on your Wow User page:

    1. Go to duafire.com and log in.
    2. Enter “Community” and click "Wow Users" at the top of the page.
    3. Scroll down to “My Sample”.
    4. Find the product you test and submit your online review post links. You are required to submit at least one review post link, but you are more than welcome to submit post links on multiple platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc.

  • I'm a new Wow User. How do I get started?

    A rotation program is set up to ensure samples are distributed evenly to all Wow Users. We will send out invitation emails that contain a list of available test samples to the next group in rotation. Wow Users can then claim one of the available samples to test.

    Every Wow User will have the chance to test our products. As a new Wow User, if you have not received any product test invitation emails six month after joining, please directly email marketing@duafire.com with the subject line “New Wow User - Product Waiting List Request” to be placed on the test waiting list.

    After claiming a sample, you will receive a delivery notification from marketing@duafire.com within 5 working days. Please note that you may only review one product at a time.

  • I have not received products to test for a long time, what should I do?

    We have a lot of Wow Users but only a limited number of free samples. A rotation program is set up to ensure samples are distributed evenly to all Wow Users. We will send out invitation emails that contain a list of available test samples to the next group in rotation. Every Wow User will have the chance to test our products.

    If you have not received any product test invitation emails for four consecutive months, please directly email marketing@duafire.com with the subject line “Wow User - Product Waiting List Request” to be placed on the test waiting list.

  • What if I am not interested in the current product selections?

    If none of the current products strike your fancy, please wait for the next invitation email.
